If the card is lost, stolen or for any other reason liable to misuse or if the PIN becomes known to any other person, immediately report any problems or lost or stolen card by calling the Bank at (501)-227-1548 or (501)-227-0697 during normal business hours Monday to Friday, after hours please call (501)-227-5033. The card will be cancelled immediately and a new card will be issued. You will not be liable for any charges incurred on the card after you have informed the Bank in writing of the card being lost or stolen.
